Welcome to the Afternoon Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to keep things transparent and fair for everyone.

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and maintain a legitimate website, social media channel, or platform that aligns with Afternoon’s brand values. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.

• Base Rate: 10% of the net sale (excluding tax, shipping, and returns)
• Attribution Window: 90 days after a click — subject to change at Afternoon’s discretion
• Attribution Model: Last-click
• Tracking: Commissions are earned only for qualifying sales using your unique link or coupon code
• Orders that are canceled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent will not qualify for commission.

Commissions are paid once an order has cleared its return period (typically 30 days). Payments are issued through the method listed in your affiliate dashboard (e.g., PayPal or direct deposit).

Affiliates must represent Afternoon honestly and professionally.

You may not:

• Run paid ads bidding on “Afternoon” or variations of the brand name
• Use false promotions, misleading discounts, or unauthorized creative assets
• Create accounts or domains impersonating Afternoon
• Always disclose your relationship in line with FTC guidelines (e.g., “I may earn a commission from purchases through my link”).

We may modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. Any earned commissions on qualified sales before termination will still be paid. You may leave the program at any time by written notice.

All Afternoon logos, images, and creative materials remain our property. Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved assets solely for promoting Afternoon.

Afternoon is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in the program. Total liability will not exceed the commissions earned in the past six months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
